The Culinary Artist
Native of South Louisiana · Resident of Winston-Salem · Traveler by Heart
Influenced by the cuisines of the world, but forever rooted in the soul of Cajun cooking.
Chef James Naquin began his culinary journey in 2001 and never looked back. A native of South Louisiana, his cooking carries the deep, soulful flavors of Cajun tradition — yet his travels around the world have woven global influences into every dish he creates.
Now a proud resident of Winston-Salem, Chef James brings his passion to Manolo's Wine Club, where each week's menu is a new chapter in his ongoing culinary story. He also shares his craft as an instructor at Sawtooth School and John C. Campbell Folk School.
